The TR90 material used in ABBA Eyewear conforms with European requirements for food-grade material does not release chemical residue and is recyclable.  

Each pair of ABBA TR90 optical frames is made with molded TR90 hinges, hence reducing risks of injuries in comparison with frames featuring exposed metal hinges.  Due to the flexible characteristics and high tensile strength of the TR90 material used, ABBA TR90 optical frames are extremely comfortable.
